Cellulite on the Brain

I remember the first time someone noticed I had cellulite on my thighs. It was crushing! My legs were my pride and joy. I had spent years in the gym working on them to prepare for what I thought would be a life of playing Professional Football.

 

My dream of playing Professional Football ended when I was 26 years old, and so did my workouts. The only problem was my appetite stayed the same but my action decreased to almost nothing!

When you consume more calories than you burn off each day, eventually you get cellulite on your Butt, Legs, and Belly. Trust me when I tell you this…It is UGLY and EMBARRASSING!

The same thing happens to our brains. When we consume Knowledge without taking action (Workout) then we get Cellulite on the Brain!

Knowledge can become our crutch and comfort zone. We reach for it (Knowledge) the same way a Baby reaches for a Binky!

Because it is EASY! It does not take any Action, Risk, or Failure.

When we consume more Knowledge and take little to no Action we get baby butt dimples on the brain… Cellulite.  It is an EXCUSE! Don’t let yourself fall for the LIE.

The reason we don’t exercise our bodies is because it is too EASY not to. It takes discipline, time, energy, commitment, and drive.

These are the SAME reasons we don’t exercise our Brains. Knowledge is ONLY GOOD when it is applied.

When you and I apply knowledge (Workout) over and over it becomes Wisdom.

Wisdom is the correct application of Knowledge. You must work out your Knowledge daily to have the correct balance between what you learn to what you use!

You will grow in Knowledge today SO make sure you work out that which you learned or you will get Cellulite on the Brain!
