“The credit belongs to those people who are actually in the arena…who know the great enthusiasms, the great devotions to a worthy cause; who, at best, know the triumph of high achievement; and who, at worst, fail while daring greatly, so that their place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who know neither victory nor defeat.” — Theodore Roosevelt

Teddy Roosevelt was a Rock Star! Whenever I need a pick me up or a good kick in the butt I will read some of his quotes and exploits.

I can guarantee you this, if he were alive today, he would not stand for the fact that 70% of the population whines and complains about their jobs, careers, businesses, and professions!

To break free of a life of whining about your work and living for Fridays, you will have to take chances.

You must be BOLD!

You have NOTHING to lose by taking a chance today and changing how you feel about your work or making a change to how you work.

What if you do something really scary? Come into work tomorrow and be the one who Inspires and encourages everyone instead of being the person who depresses everyone with whining and complaining.

That would be a BOLD move especially if you’re one of the 70% who lives for Fridays!

To continue with our terrible attitudes about work puts us in with “those cold and timid souls who know neither victory nor defeat.” This makes you a QUITTER and even worse than that you are trying to spread your disease to others!

Take a chance today by getting into the arena where you will succeed or fail! Both of which are a thousand times better than continuing to be the office whiner and complainer!
