Texas Hold’em Poker has become a huge success and for the last 10 years, it has been broadcast on TV. The game is exciting because there are no limits and players can go All In at any time with any hand.

The best players in the world will tell you that it’s never about the hand you’re dealt but about the people you are playing against!

They say that having a hand of a 7 and 2 is the worst statistical starting point in the game.  That means you have the least chance to win based on the next five cards that are dealt.

Professional poker players understand that if you want to win you cannot sit back and wait until you get dealt better cars. You must be willing to go All In with whatever hand you’ve been dealt.

We can compare your job or career with playing poker. It’s never about the job, business, boss or amount of money you make. The key to succeeding is being able to play with the hand life has dealt you, even if it’s a 7 and 2!

There comes a time in your job that you will have to go All In, which means you must make an All In commitment.  Many times while playing Poker you have to bluff to win.

There will be times in your career where you will have to bluff and go All In even if you have a terrible boss, don’t make enough money, or it’s not the perfect company.

Most of us are sitting around waiting for the perfect job or opportunity to be successful. To win you must play with the hand you currently have and sometimes that calls for bluffing by going All In!

We can’t wait and hope that things will change on their own – they NEVER do! Push your chips to the center of the table with bravado and go All In at your job.

You have the ability to Change the Game and how it will end!
