Have you ever been hungry enough to eat 12,000 calories a day? At first this is a lot of fun! You get to eat everything you want, and as much as you want, but at some point it becomes a giant pain in the rear end.

I used to do this every year during the pre-season of football to keep my weight up. Every year I would look forward to this with great anticipation. Food has always been one of my favorite pastimes!

The fun of eating 8 meals a day wears off within two weeks. It becomes a tedious job because to eat that many calories a day you must eat before you get hungry!

Each morning I would wake up and eat a dozen eggs, 4 pieces of toast, bacon and a large protein drink. This was not even my largest meal of the day! I always made six to eight sandwiches that I could eat throughout the day as my in between meal snacks!

This routine was done every day to gain weight, whether I felt like it or not, and became really uncomfortable really fast.

You will need this same type of persistence in your everyday life to stay hungry for success! It’s easy at first to set the goals and ride the newness of the emotional high of the vision of a big dream!

Are You Hungry?

Can you keep doing the tedious things every day after the fun wears off? Can you wake up every morning and start the process all over again? Will you keep stretching your Hunger for success?

You have to have a plan for each day the same way I had for my daily food menu. We have to feed our brains motivation, inspiration and training every day!

To stay hungry you will have to consume even after your brain tells you that you are full!
