Bill Bixby played a scientist, David Banner, in the CBS series The Hulk in 1978. He lived as two totally different people: the majority of the time as a mild-mannered scientist and occasionally as a giant Green Man named the Hulk.

The only times he transformed into the Green Man was under great anger or stress. But when he did he was the original Beast Mode!

Nothing stopped him from his goal. He was fearless and invincible as the Hulk!

Each of us has the opportunity to be two people also. Most of the time we walk around like everyone else as ordinary people controlled by our fears, but we have moments when we transform into Green Man.

Transform into Green Man

The question is how do we use this giant, fearless, and invincible person, living on the inside waiting to be unleashed, to achieve our goals and attack the fears that control us?

Glad you asked because I have 2 ways you can transform into Green Man and wreak havoc on the enemies of success!

Many years ago a friend taught me to say YES immediately to every opportunity that scared the you know what out of me. He was talking about public speaking, and this fear paralyzed me and kept me from reaching my goals year in and year out.

The first way to transform into the Hulk is to say YES immediately to everything that scares you into staying in your comfort zone and making excuses. Don’t think about it. Just Say YES! Green Man will figure out the rest.

The second way is to create the conditions in your mind that will drive the Green man out. Write down every negative thing that will happen if you do not achieve the goal. How will it affect you, your finances, family, health, reputation, and peace of mind?

This will help you create the worst case scenario and start using your fear as a motivator instead of a procrastinator!

I love using the first one…Say YES immediately. This method has helped me become the Green man and overcome many fears that once controlled me.
