Navy Seals have a test called the Underwater Knot Tying Test. Each potential Seal must pass this test to continue with their training.
In the test, they must tie five knots, one at a time, while underwater. Once one knot is tied and the instructor confirms it was done correctly, they return to the surface for a breath and then go back under to do the second knot.
This process goes on until all 5 knots are successfully tied.
