Once upon a time, my hands were as
soft as a baby’s bottom. I had Marshmallow hands!
Soft hands are a product of a soft life. A life devoid of
hard physical labor does not build calluses on your palms.
That was before I started doing landscaping work and lifting
free weights in high school.
Pushing a lawnmower and digging holes with a shovel all day,
then coming home to work out using a metal bar cured me of Marshmallow hands.
Building calluses on my hands took a long time and caused
