There were a handful of times during an 8 year period of my life that I was arrested and or charged with a crime.

I had challenges with drugs, alcohol, fighting, threatening a superior, assault, and stealing.

These are things I am NOT proud of, BUT nor have I tried to sterilize or eliminate them from my past.

The Good, Bad, and Ugly of our Pasts are the fertilizer of our Futures.

We need to remember all the ugliness of our Past and use them as valuable lessons for ourselves and others.
