When we bought our first home, we had to go through the qualification process. The banker and real estate agent made us “Count the Cost”. It was not easy, and many times we were told we did not qualify for one reason or another.

Being a home owner means you will forever be under construction! There is always something that needs to be done whether it’s inside or outside.

The first home we bought, we owned it for 15 years, and in that time we put at least $150,000 into it. There is always something that needs to be done if you want to, as a minimum, maintain the value and hopefully increase its value.

Volume Cures Everything

My first sales manager had the same answer to every challenge I faced while working for him. No matter what my complaint or excuse was he would tell me, “Volume Cures Everything!”

During the last year of serving in the Military, we started an in home business because we wanted to be entrepreneurs.
